The Field That Can Elevate the Human Experience

Starting 03 March 2026. Four weeks each Tuesday 03/03 - 24/03/2026. Starting at 10:00, for about 2-1/2 hours, with tea.
The course is not about rocket science. Rather it draws on what the best minds have to say about how physics and AI can improve on our sense of wellbeing - and - hopefully remain Forever Young - mentally and physically.

New Becomings in Old Age

Starting 31 March 2026. Six weeks each Tuesday 31/03 - 05/05/2026. Starts at 10:00, for about 3 hours.
The course is built on six simple principles from the Buddhist faith that will increase our ability to loosen our grip on what drains us, thus creating space for lightness of being.
Hilary Morris’s background: "After a varied career in the corporate, political and educational sectors, I came to find my true passion working with groups. In 30 years of running LifeLine courses for a wide range of different communities in the Western Cape I'm now enjoying new discoveries with my peer group.

Friends Writing Group

We are a small and friendly group, which is proud to include two published authors together with a number of writers of varying abilities. Our style is to prepare and read stories of our choice at meetings, followed by offering constructive encouragement, comments and suggestions.

Theatre Club
